This syrup’s main ingredient is horseradish. This plant is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B2 and when it comes to minerals, it has an abundance of potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.
Horseradish has the ability to cleanse the whole organism, stimulates development of stomach’s useful bacteria and gets rid of fatigue.
We will now present the recipe of this syrup.
- 3 lemons
- 3 tablespoon of honey
- 125 grams of horseradish
Method of preparation:
Put the horseradish in a blender and mix it well. Squeeze the lemons’ juice and add it in the blender as well. Mix for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Finally, add the honey, mix again and transfer the resulting syrup in a glass jar.
Way of consuming:
Take 1 teaspoon of the resulting remedy 2 times a day, before a meal.
Consume the remedy for 3 weeks straight before you make 1-week break.
