Joy Veron, a 30-year-old teacher from Texas, went on vacation with her family to the Rocky Mountains in 1999. Her three children, Chloa, Annie, and Elliot (respectively 7, 5, and, 2 years old) beg to go swimming one last time before driving home. But then the unthinkable happens.
